Maria Pezounou obtained her Bachelor degree in Law (LLB) from the University of Cyprus in 2018. She also holds a Master’s degree of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Cyprus. In 2019, she was admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association. Additionally, Maria is a certified AML Officer and she is registered as a member in the AML Public Register of the Cyprus Stock Exchange Committee (CySEC).

She worked as a litigation lawyer in Law Firms with experience in managing legal cases, providing legal advice and drafting legal documents on various legal matters and specializing in Employment Law. She has also comprehensive experience in AML Compliance.

She has been the legal advisor of financial services and fintech groups as well as public listed entities. She is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association and practicing lawyer since 2006. She holds an LLB degree from the University of Leicester and she did further studis in International and European Relations at Panteion University of Athens

Omeros has an Advanced Professional Competency Certificate for all investment services issued by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission. He is a member of the Society of Technical Analysts (UK) with a MSTA title and a full member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (MCSI). Omeros also has a BA (Hons) degree in Accounting and Financial Management from the University of Essex, an MBA in Finance and a D.I.C. in Management from Imperial College London
